Career Experience
Two decades of institutional disposition execution across the Bay Area
Twenty-one years of producer-level institutional commercial real estate experience prior to founding JM Henderson CRE in 2026. Career production spans every commercial property type, multiple market cycles, and the full institutional buyer universe — multifamily REITs, family offices, sovereign wealth allocators, value-add sponsors, and tech-occupant capital.
Career experience at a glance
Career experience as a producer at a major national capital markets platform between 2004 and 2026 included material involvement in:
- Institutional multifamily disposition mandates across the San Francisco Bay Area and California Central Coast, ranging from urban core mid-rise to suburban garden-style to TOD development sites.
- Silicon Valley office and R&D campus dispositions, including off-market portfolio acquisitions and assemblage work.
- Mixed-use development site advisory across Mountain View, South San Francisco, Alameda, and Santa Clara.
- Bay Area and Central Valley industrial / logistics disposition mandates.
- Several of the largest off-market multifamily land transactions executed in Silicon Valley during the period.
Aggregate career production volume across all property types during the period was approximately $12 billion, based on publicly recorded transaction values for deals on which the producer was named or participating broker of record.

Why specific deal names are not listed here
Institutional disposition advisory operates under principal confidentiality as a default. Many of the most significant transactions in a producer's career are subject to confidentiality undertakings to seller principals, buyer principals, or both. Public listing of a specific deal — even years after close — can be inconsistent with those undertakings.
In addition, transaction credit on institutional brokered deals is typically a function of (a) team representation at the producing firm, (b) seller relationship, (c) buyer relationship, and (d) execution role. Single-broker attribution oversimplifies that reality.
For these reasons, the public-facing summary above describes career experience at the asset-class and submarket level. Specific transaction-level detail — addresses, sizes, principals, pricing, role, and underwriting commentary — is available to qualified institutional principals under mutual non-disclosure agreement during the engagement-evaluation process.
Verifiability
Career career production volume and per-deal participation can be substantiated via independent third-party sources, including: county recorder public records, CoStar transaction records, Real Capital Analytics transaction database, MLS commercial records, and trade press coverage at the time of close. JM Henderson CRE will, on request from qualified institutional principals under NDA, provide a third-party-verified summary of career experience prior to commencing engagement discussion.
