By accessing or using crejmhenderson.com (the "Site"), you accept these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by JM Henderson CRE LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," "the firm").
1. No fiduciary relationship; no advice
The Site is informational. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, securities advice, financial planning, or fiduciary representation. No attorney-client, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by viewing the Site, calling or emailing the firm, or engaging in preliminary discussions. A formal written engagement agreement is required before any commercial real estate brokerage representation commences.
2. No investment recommendation
Information on the Site, including market commentary, cap rate observations, submarket reads, and disposition strategy descriptions, is general in nature and does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or refrain from buying or selling any real estate, securities, fund interests, or other instruments. Investment decisions should be made only with the benefit of independent legal, tax, and investment counsel.
3. Forward-looking statements
Market commentary and disposition-strategy content on the Site may contain forward-looking statements regarding cap rates, rent growth, buyer pool depth, supply pipeline, and similar variables. Forward-looking statements reflect current expectations as of the publication date, are not guarantees of future performance, and are subject to material risk that actual results may differ.
4. Career-experience descriptions
Career-experience descriptions on the Site relate to the founder's prior producer-level experience at a major national capital markets platform between 2004 and 2026. They do not represent JM Henderson CRE LLC's firm-level production volume. JM Henderson CRE LLC was founded in 2026. Specific transactions on which the founder was named or participating broker of record during the prior employment are subject to confidentiality undertakings and principal relationships and are not enumerated on the public Site.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, code, and structure, is the property of JM Henderson CRE LLC or its licensors, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may view, download, and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may not republish, redistribute, modify, or use Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those websites are operated independently of JM Henderson CRE LLC. We do not endorse them, control their content, or warrant their accuracy or safety. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. 8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JM Henderson CRE LLC, its members, officers, employees, agents, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Severability; entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Independence Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and JM Henderson CRE LLC regarding the Site.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is identified by the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
