This information is used for security, anti-fraud, and aggregate usage analysis.

Cookies. This website may use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies for session and security purposes. We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or personalized-ad cookies.

• Service providers assisting with website hosting (Netlify), email (Google Workspace), document management, and similar operational functions — each contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and use the information only for our purposes
• Retained professionals assisting with a brokerage engagement under appropriate confidentiality framework (legal counsel, tax advisors, title and escrow agents, qualified intermediaries)
• Government and regulatory bodies as required by law, including the California Department of Real Estate
• Litigation hold recipients in connection with legal proceedings to which we are a party or which we have a legal duty to preserve information for

As a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:
