JM Henderson CRE LLC ("we," "us," "the firm") respects the privacy of website visitors and prospective clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through crejmhenderson.com, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide directly. When you contact us by email, phone, or via a contact form on this website, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, firm or organization, and the substance of your inquiry. You provide this information voluntarily.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Netlify) and any analytics tools we operate may automatically log standard technical information including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time of visit. This information is used for security, anti-fraud, and aggregate usage analysis.
Cookies. This website may use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies for session and security purposes. We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or personalized-ad cookies.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the brokerage services you request
- Maintain and improve the security and performance of this website
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements (including those of the California Department of Real Estate)
- Conduct internal recordkeeping required of licensed California real estate brokers
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing services.
3. Sharing of information
We share personal information only as required to provide brokerage services or to comply with law. Categories of recipients may include:
- Service providers assisting with website hosting (Netlify), email (Google Workspace), document management, and similar operational functions — each contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and use the information only for our purposes
- Retained professionals assisting with a brokerage engagement under appropriate confidentiality framework (legal counsel, tax advisors, title and escrow agents, qualified intermediaries)
- Government and regulatory bodies as required by law, including the California Department of Real Estate
- Litigation hold recipients in connection with legal proceedings to which we are a party or which we have a legal duty to preserve information for

As a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

- The right to request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)

6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the requested services, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including California DRE retention requirements for brokerage records), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Inquiries that do not result in an engagement are typically retained for two to seven years depending on category.
7. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is identified by the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced via a banner on this website for at least 30 days.
